Effective May 1, 2014, you will have the ability to set up Account Alerts for checking, saving or certificate of deposit accounts. Via email or text, you can receive notification of daily account activity, withdrawal or deposit notices, low balance alerts and more. On your certificate of deposit accounts, you can get alerts regarding interest payments and notice of upcoming maturity dates.
Alerts are delivered to you via email, within Online Banking or via your smart phone using text message. If you do not have online access, contact our Customer Service Center by phone or email and begin accessing your account information 24/7.
*You must be an Online Banking customer to use Account Alerts. Although we do not charge you a fee for using this service, your mobile service provider may charge for sending and receiving text messages on your mobile device. Check with your service provider for details on specific fees and charges that may apply to your data plan.
